It is with great pleasure to announce that our 4th Annual Concert will be held on Sunday, November 2, 2014 at 2:00 p.m.
We are honored again to have our own Audrey Schneider and
Arbie Orenstein who will be performing piano four hands and solo works by Brahms, Debussy and Chopin .
Our guest artist will be Israeli baritone, Cantor Raphael Frieder, renowned Chazzan of Temple Israel in Great Neck. Cantor Frieder is a world-wide performer of Jewish and Israeli music, opera, classical and American Theatre repertoire.  He has performed with The Israeli Philharmonic and The New Israeli Opera, as well as at Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall.  Leonard Bernstein selected Cantor Frieder to perform the world premiere of  his “Arias and Barcarolles”.
The Cantor’s program consists of selections of Yiddish, Israeli, Cantorial, operatic (including the Toreador song from Carmen), excerpts from Leonard Bernstein’s Arias and Barcarolles, Gershwin and Broadway.
As in the past, general admission tickets will be $20.00 each.  If you wish to become a Patron, $100.00 will give you four reserved seats and a listing in our program.
A collation will follow the concert with the opportunity to meet our performers.
